| I listen to my ipod when i go around campus a lot. it's nice, i can just sit there in my own little world and listen to whatever i want, without bothering anyone. a lot of times i listen to music i normally wouldn't listen to if it were playing out loud and everyone could hear. you know, slightly embarassing music, but i swear sometimes, the other people, they can tell. like today i was listening to vanessa carlton, 1000 miles. i put it on, and kinda looked around to see if anyone was watching. then about midway through the song, i looked up, and some kid looked at me like i was a disgrace. i tried to bob my head like i was listening to something cool, but it didn't work, he saw right through it. i looked around and it seemed like everyone was staring at me, shaking their heads. they could smell it on me. i wonder if i start to look gayer when i listen to it. anyway, i quickly changed the song, and the rest of the bus ride i listened to death metal and manly grunting on repeat. i think it made up for it

| college is cool, but sometimes i miss high school. we don't get as much snow here in ann arbor as there is in west michigan, but it is colder. could jesus microwave a burrito so hot that he himself could not eat it? i like the lake effect. i signed the lease on an apartment, but i have never seen it before. someone once told me that it is like a christmas present that i have to pay for and that i might not like.

| i woke up this morning and remembered i was on a mission to revive xanga. so here i am

| instead of half-waying a bunch of clubs and crap, i need to find one to really get involved with i think. also, i'm moving up to baits on north campus because a kid is paying 200 dollars to switch with him. I think i will bring my car back next time i go home, i may have a spot to put it up there. also, i can become very powerful in the new dorm complex, and everyone will then call me "master baits"
